PRYSM recently attended the Solar Power Finance & Investment Summit at the OMNI Resort in La Costa, CA. The event, hosted by Infocast, provided invaluable insight into the current and future solar market. With the recent Section 201 tariffs, as well as the recently imposed steel and aluminum tariffs and a looming ITC cliff, there was much to be discussed. Fortunately, the industry outlook continues to look bright!
PRYSM exhibited at the Solar Connect conference in La Jolla, CA. Had fantastic discussions at the PRYSM booth about value-added project development and engineering services. Many sessions focused on teh Section 201 filings and the ITC rampdown, as well as finding new efficiencies in solar pricing and soft costs.
PRYSM traveled to San Francisco, California in mid-July to attend the annual Intersolar conference at the Moscone Center. With over 27,000 people in attendance, there was plenty of opportunity to learn about new technologies and discuss the state of the solar PV industry. We made new friends and reconnected with old. All in all, a great conference!

The PRYSM team had a fantastic show at the Solar Power Finance & Investment Summit 2017 in Rancho Bernardo, CA. There were over 1,000 attendees from all aspects of the market, including developers, owners, banks, financiers, operators, EPCs, OEMs, and more. We had constant traffic at our booth, and received great feedback from our breakfast sponsorship. The market outlook is strong and there are more exciting things to come. The PRYSM team traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada on September 12-15, 2016 to attend Solar Power International. SPI, hosted by SEIA and SEPA, is the solar power industry's largest trade show in North America, with over 18,000 attendees from 80+ countries. Our team walked the floor to investigate the latest industry technologies, and held multiple strategic meetings with clients and partners. The show was fantastic, and we are already looking forward to next year!
The PRYSM team trekked into the wilderness of Tonto National Forest outside of Payson, AZ for its Spring 2016 Team Building outing! Our team camped alongside Christopher Creek and hiked the scenic See Canyon Trail to take in the breathtaking views at the top of the Mogollon Rim. We are proud to know that our efforts in renewable energy are ultimately helping to maintain the natural beauty of the world in which we live!

The Solar Power Finance & Investment Summit is recognized as the leading gathering place for the industry’s deal makers. The Summit offered up constant opportunities to meet key dealmakers, learn about their plans for the upcoming year, and capitalize on new prospects that will lead to successful deals. The Summit also provided valuable insights into the ongoing development of the solar industry, its strategic opportunities and about industry efforts to overcome challenges.
On February 16-19, 2016, PRYSM ventured to the University of Texas in Austin, TX to attend the UT Energy Week 2016 conference. More than 850 people attended the second annual UT Energy Week, a gathering of experts from academia, industry, regulatory agencies, and non-profit organizations to explore and illuminate vital energy topics.
The conference speaker sessions hosted experts from electric utilities, solar companies, environmental organizations and academic experts, who discussed the growth of renewable sources of energy, large-scale energy storage systems, and other efforts to de-carbonize the power grid.
